Consultations
Individual sessions last 50 minutes.
Individual sessions cost 65 euro per session, for one participant. For each additional participant, a supplement of 25 euro per session will be charged after the session.
All persons actively or passively participating in the conversation count as participants.
Multiple persons in front of a computer count as multiple participants.
All personal content is subject to confidentiality and may not be shared with third parties under any circumstances.
Please note that sessions can only be booked 24 hours in advance. It is also not possible to book more than 3 months in advance.
Payment is only possible online during the booking process.
Payment for additional participants in individual sessions can only be paid by bank transfer.
Cancellation is only possible up to 24 hours before the appointment.

Semester Workshops
Each registration for a semester workshop is valid for one participant only.
All persons actively or passively participating in the conversation count as participants.
Multiple people in front of a computer count as multiple participants.
Sharing access data with unregistered persons is not permitted.
If an unregistered person participates, all persons involved will not be able to participate in the appointment in question and may also not be able to participate in future appointments. Reimbursement of costs is not possible in this case.

Cancellation fee for semester workshops
More than 14 days before the date of the first appointment: No cancellation fee.
More than 7 days before the date of the first appointment: 50% of the workshop price.
Less than 7 days before the date of the first appointment: 100% of the workshop price.

All workshops and consultations may be cancelled by us at any time without justification. In case of cancellation by us, the full amount will be refunded.
