We at eduinn are committed to innovating the educational landscape, in order to create child-appropriate conditions for the authentic development of children. Thanks to our over thirty years of experience in the field of alternative education, we can offer new measures and solutions that go beyond conventional educational norms and enable the unfolding of the children’s innate talents and potentials.
We accompany adults in their lives with children and address the many questions that arise:
How do I shape my relationship with children so that they can develop according to their inner dispositions and I remain authentic at the same time?
How do I design the learing-environment² and the curriculum¹ to put an end to forcing and being forced?
How do I convey to the children what I have to offer, so that they can accept it?
We at eduinn, combine the principles of Montessori education, democratic and free schools and psychotherapy into an innovative synthesis to answer these questions.
This knowledge can be applied in any setting, whether it be a regular school, an independent school, no school at all, homeschooling groups or simply family togetherness.
We share this knowledge in our seminars, semester workshops and consultations.
The upcoming video library offers practical support in the various learning settings. With over 100 videos of presentations, experiments and other activities, organized by curriculum, it is a guide for adults in their work with children.
¹ By curriculum here we mean, in principle, the adult's guidelines for children, whether they are officially set or simply the parents' view of what their children should be able to know and do.
² We prefer the term "environment prepared for the child’s development", but use "learning environment" here for ease of understanding.
Assistance in all questions around life with children
I have always considered it a great privilege and a precious gift to be able to work with and be with children.
Children are inexhaustible sources of vitality, creativity and original spontaneity if they are allowed to be in contact with their innermost being. Children are artists of life and survival; children love to love and be loved.
My greatest longing and aspiration when being with children has always been the question: "How can I keep this genius and purity of being untouched and at the same time provide tools for mastering this life here on planet Earth?"
So, I set out in search of knowledge and tools for myself that could help me to accompany children in a child-appropriate way.
After more than thirty years of professional experience and several studies and training courses, my conclusion is:
Adults' lives become so much richer when they begin to understand the nature of the child, when they start to wonder at it and when they learn to let it be in its essence!
My mission is to help adults in achieving this.
